ANY HELP?

About 8 years ago i was working in a restaruant as a dish washer i was putting some pans away and got weak lost hearing and speach next thing i new i was out side in the back on the steps when i finally came back to after words felt really light headed weak and couldnt function right

about 5 years ago i was backing out of the driveway when i had the same experience and told my kids mother she needed to drive next thing i knew we were a mile away and she was driving

3 months ago i was at work like always running a shear cutting rebar when i kinda got tired or short of breath i had taken a drink of my coffee tilted head back and next thing i know it felt like someone squoze my head really hard then realeased and then i was falling backwards to the right i was able to say whoa tand grab my machine and finally get myself sat down after i sat down i couldnt move at all no hearing vision was weird looked like the room was coming nd going cloase and far couldnt hear my buddy at work talking to me finally came out of it and was able to go back to work


the very next day i was in line at the bank the lady started to count my money back to me and it hit me again next thing i know she said anything else i can help you with i was like uh no thanks grabbed my money headed for the door hoping i didnt fall over in the bank next thing i know i was driving through town went to the dmv to get my plates while it was still happening then i got down the stairs of the dmv and it hit me harder so i turned around and ended back out in the car i finally calmed down a lil bit and was able to call my brother to come get me but had no idea where i was so i drove again while it was going on and made it safely to him butremember only parts of the whole episode


3 days ago at a new job i turned around bent down to a desk and it hit me i was able to grab a chair but had very faint hearing while everything was fuzzy next thing i know our safety manager was there talking to me i was able to stand up and walk but shortly after it happened again and i had to stop and sit down


each time i have gone to the er they tell me something different first 5 years ago it was vertigo 3 months ago the first day it was dehydration and syncope the next day was seizures i saw a nuerologist she said i had a few spikes in my front temperal lobe but nothing she was concerned about so she reffered me to a cardiologist he found nothing either he did coradit artery test had me wear a heart montior and i had an eeg ekg ecg mri and mra of my neck brain and head even had a ct scan

so when it happened a few days ago i went to the er and the doctor swore it was benign possitional vertigo i followed up with my primary doctor and he says no way on vertigo he is possitive it is either a temperal lobe seizures or a hole in my heart between the left and right sides


but why has it never happened until once when i was 20, once when i was 23, and twice three months ago at 28 and once really bad this week but have had small split second light headed or dizzyness or a warm fast blood rush for about 5 days now


anything would be helpful
