What Causes Lumps In The Labia Majora?
What causes lumps in the labia majora? I ve had a lump in my labia majora for several months now. It s somewhat mobile and is not painful at all. It s not completely soft or squishy but it s not hard either. Over the months it seems that it split in two or a second smaller version appeared very close to it. There are no skin changes and I cannot tell it s there unless I feel for it as it is quite deep in the tissue. I m 18 years old and really worried about it. What could it be?

The symptoms seem to be related to folliculitis. Folliculitis appears as small, red, and sometimes painful bumps caused by bacteria that infect a hair follicle. It can occur on the labia majora.
