What Causes Lump Towards Armpit Closer To Chest?
I found a weird lump under my are it's under the skin and it's long and soft..( it feels almost like when a man pumps up his arm veins) It's not painful and I have already taken antibiotics to rule out infection...I have an appointment with a surgeon in a few days but after reading articles on the internet I'm freaked out about HIV...Also the lump is toward the side of my armpit closer to my chest

On the facts given from you,I would advise you to have Consultation from ER Surgeon as very confusing data from your query needs a lot more information by clinical examination.
Still on whatever limited facts given from you, and with my experience My opinion is as follows-
The weird lump appears to by long cystic as it is just like a pumped arm vein , more on the chest side than on the armpit side / antibiotics are not effective in reducing it-such a LUMP mostly would be -Sebaceoust Cyst/ Or a Cystic hygroma?
USG would fix the cause of the lump.But don't worry its definitely not cancerous, from the facts given from you.
