Hi im a 25 year old female.I get a bump in the middle of my bottom lip from time to time. I wake up in the morning and can feel a hard lump under the skin of my lip. though out the day the bump will get bigger and bigger and as it gets quite large and in the middle of my lip it is uncomfortable to eat. It normally last for a couple of days and will puss a clear ish fluid before it starts to go down. i normally put cold sore cream on it but i dont think it is a cold sore as there is no tingling before it appears.
Do you have any idea of what it could be
