What Causes Lump On Left Labia Majora?

i have an external lump on my left labia majora. it is pea sized and on top of the skin and doesn t feel like there is anything under it. it has no head and i stuck a pin in it attempting to pop it and nothing happened. it is flesh coloured but more red now that i have touched it. not sure what it is / what caused it.

From your description it looks like some kind of skin lesion like tag or mole or polyp.
Pldo not handle it on your own.
If it is not painful and or growing in size then you need not worry.
I will suggest you to get it checked from dermatologist.
