Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. From the description you have given, it appears as though you are experiencing recurrent cysts, which are likely to be enlarged and getting ruptured at the time of the menstrual cycle. You need further evaluation to clarify the situation. The presence of debris in the pouch of Douglas is suggestive of collection from the ruptured cyst. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
