What Causes Intermittent Painful Stomach Spasms?

I ve been having painful spasms in my stomach for going on 4 days now. It s not as bad as the 1st 2 days, but still bad. It comes and goes. Hurts when I eat and even worse when I get hunger pains and don t eat. I have been under a lot of stress, more than usual.

it may be due to gastritis and hyper acidity. avoid hot tea and coffee. do not take spicy food and avoid deep fried things.take tab uni enzyme and polycrol gel.stress will aggravate acidity.
