Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The usual type (postural) backache is very uncommon in children. When associated with sweating & other symptoms, it must never be ignored. Kindly take the child to a hospital.

All the investigations must be done to clinch the diagnosis. Your son is having some serious problems.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nirmal Chander Gupta, Orthopaedic Surgeon
