What Causes Lower Levels Of BP?

Hi. I just had my blood pressure checked and it is 92/64. I am 37 yrs old and weigh 100 lbs. I sometimes get dizzy when I stand quickly and my fingers turn numb and tingly sometimes. Is this a problem, if so, what is it? I do smoke but I exercise daily and eat very well. Thank you.

hai,

As your Blood pressure reading shows hypotension.(low blood pressure).
Dizziness and numbness occur in low blood pressure.sudden posture change will cause dizziness will occur even in normal blood pressure individual.it because of postural variation.
normal blood pressure ranges from 100 to120 for systolic and 60 to 80 diastolic.
numbness and tingly sensation is because of blood flow variation to hands and fingers.in hypotension blood flow will also decreased.it lead to numbness ad tingly sensation.
to conclude dizziness, numbness, will lead to hypotension.to increase your blood pressure you can add salt and healthy diet pattern to increase your blood pressure.

smoking should be avoided for the sake of heart wellness as well as the blood vessels.
thank you
