General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

In my opinion, the pain sees to be related to fibroids. After menopause, fibroids commonly regress because of the reduced levels of estrogen and progesterone.

Posterior fibroids can cause lower back pain. Those found in the broad ligament may cause unilateral lower abdominal pain or may compress the sciatic nerve.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
