General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like mefenamic acid for pain relief.

You can also take laxatives like lactulose for constipation. If symptoms persist better to consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
