Hello ma'am and welcome.

You clearly have a hormonal imbalance, but what has caused this needs to be further investigated. One of the possibilities based on your provided symptoms could be an infection, mainly due to the frequent urination. But a urine analysis and an ultrasound investigation may be mandatory.

Best wishes.
