What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain, Nausea And Constipation?

I have lower abdominal pain accompanied by nausea and retching. I ve had an ultrasound, MRI, colonoscopy and a positive fecal test with no diagnosis. Accompanying the pain, I am often constipated. I take Citrecel (sp) and have had these symptoms since last September. I think my doctor thinks it is all in my head. Sometimes the pain lasts all day.
