What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain?

Experiencing aching pain in the lower left side of my stomach. Had double hernia laparoscopic surgery app. 4 month ago. No complications since. No stomach related issues (i.e. nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, loss of appetite etc.). Ache is not going away -- for the past week.

Causes of lower left abdomen pain may be UTI, Bladder stone, Diverticulitis, Celiac disease, indigestion, abdominal infection, colitis, appendicitis, Lactose intolerance. Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD), Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), PID, ovarian cyst etc.
