What Causes Low Grade Fever While Treating Abdominal TB With Antibiotics?
Sir i am 23 years old was having problem of low grade fever in the evening , after many tests and finally CT was diagnosed with abdominal TB 7 months back. I started medication for TB and the fever vanished but now when the medication is going on i am again developing low grade fever since 15 days. I am on a TB medication for 9 months but after 7 months only i am again having evening low grade fever. I am working in a company and doctor is saying might be because of stress its happening , pls advice me what to do.

Yes in TB low grade fever is common, but while on treatment it has to go. Anyway, repeat investigations for TB and see its activity. Rifampicin may cause liver damage, sweating, jaundice. Check it.
