What Causes Low Grade Fever Along With Swollen Lymph Nodes?

35y/o female w / hx of low grade fever x1week ( nighttime worse / night sweats ) and had swollen lymph node in chin and lip area right side of face. That abated approx 4 days ago. Now the left side of my chin/neck/face are very swollen, hard and extremely tender to even gentle touch. The skin under my chin in the neck are is starting to turn red. Can not open mouth/smile on left side. Limited mouth opening capacity on right. I under went a thorasic epidural approximately 36 hours ago for spinal pain. I take percocet 7.5 / 325 QID for management of the spinal pain. That is not touching the pain in my chin. do I need the ER Or can this wait until morning?
