What Causes Low Fever, High Temperature At Night And Dry Throat?

Hi, I am 20 and have been having mild fever for 5 days already...my body feels like burning especially at night but during day time it is better as I kept drinking water but my urine feels hot than normal. My throat feels a little dry but no pain/itch, I don t have phlegm either, and I am on lozenges.

Hi,

Noted your short history about having mild fever for last 5 days, body feels burning especially at night, drink water but the urine is hot and throat is dry, taking lozenges. The commonest reason I can think about is UTI that is urinary tract infection. I would advise you the following in such a situation:
- Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations:
- Urine: Routine, Microscopy, culture and sensitivity
- Tests of blood
- Ultrasound of abdomen
- Prescription based antibiotic, symptomatic and supportive treatment
- Take more fluids orally
