What Causes Loss Of Appetite?

I have been having stomach issues for a while and all the rest I ve had came back normal. I ve had colonoscopy tube down the throat and bacterium swallow and still nothing. Now can the bacterium swallow make me have loss of appetite?I do have gallbladder fuction issues no stomach ed but only working 19 percent instead of the full potential. I do have fibroids that are big in size and cysts on overviews. Went to the e.r Sunday for abdominal pain on left side and they couldn t find a thing did blood work and urine which had blood in it. Concerned about the loss of appetite but do get the hunger symptoms.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of stomach issues for a while, had endoscopy, Barium swallow and HIDA scan to show that the gall bladder is poorly functioning.
You also have fibroids, ovarian cysts and had been to ER for the pain in the left abdomen for which no reason was found.
My thoughts:
It is possible that you may have relief by removal of the gall bladder as it is less function.
The causes of the pain in the left abdomen can be related to colitis or IBS and can not be seen on routine ultrasonography and so on, and you had blood in the urine, there might have been a stone or infection in the ureter or so.
Also get the stool tested for 3 consecutive days.
IF the fibroids are large, go for hysterectomy if you have children and if not yet you can opt for laparoscopic removal of he fibroids exclusively.
Also can see the ovaries and get treated for the cysts as you might have some one troubling on the left side.
