What Causes Lightheadedness And Nausea With Elevated ESR Levels?

I have been very unsteady in that i can see straight but i can t walk straight... falling over sometimes... if im stood still then i find myself swaying & feeling lightheaded which in turn is making me feel nauseus... i have recently had blood tests which has a result of high esr levels (dont know level) but have to have another test in 4 weeks... can you tell me if i should be worried?

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you may need CT scan brain or MRI to rule out any central cause. Possibility of CNS infection should also be ruled out. It may be positional vertigo.
