What Causes Light Vaginal Bleeding With Clots During Early Pregnancy?

I am 4 to 6 wks pregnant....took a flight from Atlanta to Jacksonville... Some pressure in the cabin towards decent...used airport restroom and noticed small clot when I urinated no blood though in water or on tissue when i wiped...what could be going on here?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

Vaginal bleeding during early pregnancy can be a worrisome symptom & could mean a threatening miscarriage or miscarriage has taken place. Your symptoms most probably indicate that you could have a urinary tract infection or such problem. However very light bleeding does not mean the miscarriage has taken place, but you should not ignore the symptom
You should now visit a gynaecologist. An ultrasound would be required to rule-out the possibility of miscarriage. In case miscarriages has not taken place progesterone hormone would be given to prevent misscarriage.
