What Causes Irregular Light Vaginal Bleeding, Bloating And Nausea?

Hi , I am trying to concieve I am not due on until Monday but started bleeding 5 days before very light bleeding and very light pink, I have extreme bloating followed by some mild cramps and Nausia is this early pregnancy or early period? I would of ovulated 2 weeks ago today

you get your urine tested for pregnancy, even though.
Tab M2 Tone 2_2 thrice daily
pushyanug churna 1gm twice daily. for 15 days
