What Causes Light Vaginal Bleeding After Urination?

Hello I don t know what happen with me .. After I go pee when I wipe I saw some light blood at the toilet paper and it been a week now.. I used a small cotton pad put inside I saw light blood inside the vagina I don t know it is period or I get infection thanks

If you are not due for your period now, the possible causes for this spotting are an undetected pregnancy if you are sexually active without any protection, hormone imbalances, local causes like erosion of the cervix, infections of the vagina, cervix and the urinary tract, polyps of the cervix and the uterus. A proper clinical evaluation, a urinalysis and a sonogram of the pelvis help to clarify the situation. Further management can be planned accordingly. Hope this helps.
