What Causes Light, Short Periods With Grumbling Stomach, Gas And Constipation?
My period is really light they are usually heavy and very painful moreover there is almost no pain and for the first two days the blood was a deep brown colour but only in small amounts. Also my stomach lately has been making weird grumbling noises even though i am not hungry, also for some random reason I ve been feeling gassey and i have to hold it in when im in public places, sometimes its a little bit painful to hold it in, could this also be the reason why i am easily getting constipated lately? I have other symptoms like small headaches and feeling light headed, or feeling very tired and i sometimes have a sharp pain in my lower back it lasts for like 5-10 minutes though, it only happens once in a while.

As per my clinical experience, the sharp pain lower abdomen and back with short periods, gas and constipation may be part of certain basic pathologies of the uterus. The most common possibility would be fibroid of the uterus, which can compress urinary bladder, rectum and pause secondary problems with urinary discomfort as well as constipation. In my clinic, after per abdomen and per vaginal examination, I do recommend an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis for further guidelines of cure and management ahead.
