What Causes Light Menstrual Bleeding After Having Unsafe Sex?

i had unprotected sex and 4 days later i started my period a week early. i never start my period that early. it lasted around 4-5 days and the first 3 days were medium heavy. that period was lighter than my usual periods and i didn t have any cramps. i always have cramps. i m just worried that i might be pregnant

I understand your concern
Bleeding after the sex does not indicate the pregnancy.
Your symptoms could be a endometrial and cervix dysplasia, vaginal infection, endometriosis.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo reproductive hormone analysis, endometrial biopsy, vaginal swab test and USG scan to rule out the above causes.
Treatment will depend on the specific cause and investigation result.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene and take healthy diet with iron supplements.
