Hi,

Feeling light-headed, zoned out, and having pressure in the front of the head can be caused by various factors, including anxiety and depression. These symptoms could be a result of a physiological or psychological issue. Anxiety and depression can cause physical symptoms, such as dizziness, lightheadedness, and fatigue. The pressure in the forehead could be due to tension or stress in the forehead muscles or could be a headache caused by stress or anxiety.

It is important to consult a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying medical conditions and to address any psychological issues. Your healthcare provider can help determine the cause of your symptoms and develop a plan of action to alleviate them. This may involve therapy, medication, or other interventions to help manage your anxiety and depression.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
