General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per my surgical experience and correlation of symptoms, possible calculus present in the urinary system with referred pain to testicle is most likely issue.

Kindly get a urine microscopy and sonography of abdomen, pelvis and scrotum and revert me back for further discussion.

Thanks.
