General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello
i read your question and understand your concern
i would like to ask
* your age
*family history of HTN/DM/cardiac disease
* any history of smoking or any other addiction
* your weight/BMI
* which medicine you are taking for high BP and taking regularly or not?
* any other stress factor
* any vomiting/nausea/sweating/chest tightness/pain in jaw/left hand thumb
yes , you need to go to ER/ your doctor to have your ECG done first and also see cardiologist to have your ETT done and review your ECHO once again and prescribe medicines accordingly
