What Causes Left Sided Pain Between Hip Bone And Lower Rib?

I have a pain on the left between my hip bone and lower rib.it started as unbearable pain between genitals and inner thigh,I was advised to use apple cider vinegar and lemon because that was the symptoms of kidney stones.in about 24 hours the pain and discomfort were gone.now I m left with this pain on my left,what could it be? Should I be worried?

from the medical history you provided it seems it may be due to stone but There are variety of medical conditions which may cause left side pain including-
Kidney Disorders
-Bowel Related Conditions
-Urinary Tract Disorders
-Constipation or Diverticulitis or it may be due to testicular disorder
but seriously it needs thorough medical check up and investigations to spot a confirm diagnosis

as you said your pain is gone now so you can wait and watch but i will strongly suggest you to visit a surgeon to rule out any underlying medical condition
