What Causes Left-sided Chest, Shoulder And Arm Pain?

I have pain upper left chest, left shoulder and left arm, hurt more when breathing cold air and light pysichal activity, what would be the most likely, pancoast tumor, (have been a smoker for 30yrs) or fluid around heart? ( had a heart stent inplant one moth ago)

I have gone through your query & can understand your concern.

Most common cause for left-sided chest, shoulder and arm pain is Heart disease such as Angina pectoris, heart attack, pericarditis (collection of fluid around Heart) etc
As you had a heart stent done one month ago, so there might be some problem with that. So you should take isosorbide nitrate sublingually at first.
Consult your cardiologist as early as possible.
