What Causes Left-sided Body Pain And Fluid Flow In The Breast After A Hysterectomy?

I am 4 weeks post a total hysterectomy including ovaries. I have been having pain on my left side( hip, back, leg , rib, abdomen) This morning I woke up with this hot liquid running sensation on the left side. I am bloated with a hard upper abdomen. When I lay down on my left side, I feel like this liquid is gushing from under my left breast. No redness, no bruising. An electric shock migraine here and there. Took pain med , still in pain.

OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,

The left-sided body pain may not be related to hysterectomy. This can be related to degenerative changes in the spine. The fluid flow in breast can be relate to hormonal changes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Rakhi Tayal, OBGYN
