What Causes Large Lymph Nodes In The Neck?

My 24 year old son had an ultrasound which revealed enlarged lymph nodes in his neck. He is now being told to get a biopsy to check for lymphoma. I would like to know what the chances are that he does or does not have lymphoma, and what the differential diagnoses are... Thank you. Plse respond to YYYY@YYYY

Hi, thanks for your query.
Chances of lymphoma are 10 %.
Other differential diagnosis is viral lymphadenitis, tuberculosis.
FNAC is better than the scanning.
