What Causes Klebsiella Pneumniae After A C-section?

Hi i had a c section weeks ago and have had an infection in my wound the whole time, i have had 3 swabs and have been on 2 types of antibiotics, none of which have worked. i have just had the results of my 3rd swab and i am told the infection is called klebsiella pneumoniae, please can you tell me what this is? thank you

It is a bacteria that can cause serious infections of wounds and blood stream infections. You should show the results to you gynecologist as soon as possible or go to the nearest hospital so they can help you.
