Hi,

There are many potential causes of joint pain, indigestion, and dizziness. Without more information, it is difficult to determine the exact cause of your symptoms. However, some possible causes include:
- Arthritis: Arthritis is a common cause of joint pain, and can affect any joint in the body. If you have been diagnosed with arthritis in your back, it may be also affecting your left leg joints.
- Gastrointestinal issues: Indigestion can be caused by several factors, including acid reflux, ulcers, or inflammation of the stomach lining. These conditions can cause discomfort in the abdomen and may be associated with nausea or vomiting.
- Inner ear problems: Dizziness can be caused by problems with the inner ear, such as vertigo or labyrinthitis. These conditions can cause a sensation of spinning or unsteadiness.
- Other conditions: Many other conditions can cause joint pain, indigestion, and dizziness, including autoimmune diseases, infections, and neurological disorders.

Given the complexity of your symptoms, it may be helpful to see a specialist, such as a rheumatologist or a gastroenterologist, who can perform more specialized testing and help identify the underlying cause of your symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
