Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
you need to understand that any surgery happens slows down ur physiological movements. slowly start doing small free exercises and JROM exercises under a guided physical therapist. which will help the muscle tone to improve and you will be fine soon. multiple joint pains can be due to non use rather a surgery u have undergone. kindly meet a close by physical therapist and workout on daily basis. slow and steady wins the race.
