What Causes Itchy Throat Along With Fever And Body Ache?
My 18 year old daughter was experiencing cold symptoms for the last few days. Scratchy throat a bit stuffy. Last night she spiked a 102.6 temp. Slept ok after Advil and Nyquil. woke and temp was 101.6. after advil it went down to 99. Slept again and now it is back up to 102.6. Just gave advil again. Complains of achy feeling and really tired. Anything else I should be giving her?

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern. You need to maintain the temperature by giving her Paracetamol up to three tab maximum or even 4 if fever is not under control.
Make sure she takes plenty of fluids or juice to be hydrated. If the fever persists, she may need antibiotics like Augmentin 625 twice daily for five days only after consulting your doctor, it may be the bacterial infection too.
