General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your problem.
The rash can be due to fungal infection of skin. They are itchy and itching gets aggravated by moisture and sweating.
You may need to apply anti fungal ointment along with topical steroidal cream over the rash. It is very important to control the itching as itching will not allow it to heal and further spread the infection.
Please consult a dermatologist for further management.
Hope this will be helpful.
Take care.
