Hello, about a year ago, I started getting itchi on my chest and upper arms, after i scratched it will get red and when it dried i was left with round brown spots. I went to the doctor and she said that it was some kind of skin acne, game me some pills to take. But the itching feeling is not completely gone, still itches not as much but i still scratch, and still leaving brown spots. I am waiting to see a dermatologies but they are taking long to make my appointment. Do you have any idea of whats causing this. the doc didnt send me to do any test at all.
