What Causes Itchy Red Lumps On The Finger, Arm And Face?

I have a itchy red bump on my hand under my thumb, one on my knuckle, one on my arm and two on my face, like around my hairline. I have no clue what they are. I stayed in a hotel two days ago and thought it could’ve been bed bugs but, aren’t they normally cluttered and all together.

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of itchy red lumps on the finger, arm and face which seems to be due to bug bites, allergic reaction, and contact dermatitis. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply cold compresses to rashes. You should take benadryl twice a day and avoid dry environment. Apply calamine lotion to soothe area. You should consult allergy specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order allergy test , blood test for IgE antibodies and physical examination and start treatment accordingly.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
