General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to an allergic dermatitis. The increase in size of the dots is related to the allergic reaction. A photo would be very helpful through the diagnosis. Thus, I recommend to use antihistamines such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily. I also suggest using Hydrocortisone cream for local application.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
