Hi,

Are you applying any over the counter face cream?

Steroid containing over the counter creams may cause redness and rashes on face. Allergic reaction to hair also may present with swollen eyes. Superficial bacterial infection of skin such as erysipelas can also cause similar rash.

So, I request you consult your Dermatologist for arriving at a final diagnosis and for initiating the treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
