I break out in a rash, on my right arm; pops out whenever it wants to; begins with an itch; but, whenever I scratch it, it begins to heat up the arm, turn that entire area red, then it tends to get into a larger area, in the same spot. I broke out at 4am with an itch, just above my elbow on the outside of the forearm, one thing that baffles me, is the bite in the itch, it is never satisfied. I Prayed and ask God to help me; The Holy Spirit said to me: try some warm water ; holding my elbow under the warm water, I began to feel some relief; finally! After I already had washed it with cold water, Dawn soap for any grease in the hair folicles and an ice pack, which irritated it badly. Taking 2 Tylenols, I finally was able to get back to sleep at 5:30am. I want to know what it is, how to get rid of it, and why it is there in my body? If you do not have an answer, tell me. and what is the bite in the itch - Is it a nerve, hair folicle (I ll shave it off), immune system? And, the bite becomes like it s heated and repeats and if I do not scratch or hard rub it, it will bite me until I get relief. Can you help me??? thanks.
