Penis head has bumps that have black centers and have scabed over. Very itchy. No discharge or fever. Also on balls and my arms have bumps on them as well that are very itchy. Was in wooded area right before this occurred. A day later these things started happening
Understanding your concern. As per your query itchy bumps on penis head seems to be due to allergic reaction and it could be fungal infection in that area due to improper hygiene many a times.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to wear keep area clean and dry. Wear loose and cotton clothes. Take proper course of antibiotics to subside infection. If symptoms keep on persisting visit dermatologist once and get it examined completely and start treatment after thorough examination. You should apply topical mild steroid ointment over the affected area as it will give immediate relief.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
