Hi,
First I want to know-
1) For what have you taking potassium chloride.
2) What other medicines are you taking.
3) Had you under cardiac monitoring for feeling of passing out or some other other problem was there?
4) Have you started having feeling of passing out after starting potassium chloride.
5) Have you any kidney problem?

Potassium chloride usually given for low potassium level in blood (hypokalemia).
Hypokalemia is due to potassium loss from body as after severe loose motions, vomiting, certain medicines causes loss of potassium in urine, kidney problems (kidney unable to retain potassium and potassium lost in urine as in case of Renal tubular problems)

Sudden fluctuations in potassium level or persistently elevated potassium level in blood (some time happen in patient on potassium supplement) may have bad effect on heart rhythm which leads to cardiac arrhythmia which may associated with feeling of passing out.
Itching may be due to allergic reaction to potassium chloride.

I will advise you do serum electrolytes and immediately consult your doctor who has prescribed potassium chloride to you.
