i am 45 year male, doing business. I have itches in my skin, with redish, then it get disappear in few minutes. I was asked to take Desloratadine 5mg but when I stop taking for three days , again i experience itches with redish. I am taking medicne for more than one year. I can not find out cause of this allergy. When I stopped non veg. I had stress & depression . but know I am free & cool. I do yoga & meditation. What i should do to get ride of this allergy?
