What Causes Itchiness On The Penis After Using Ceftriaxone And Ketoconazole?

Greetings from Nigeria Dr. I have the issue for 10 months now! I have an open sore on my foreskin penis! I was been diagnosed for Staphylococcus. I have been on many treatment with Herbal. I have also try treating it with the strong Antibiotics.such as ceftriaxone sodium 1.0g/vail with sterile water. I have also tried using Ketoconazole and Clotrimax. All this medication were been prescribed my Nigeria Doctors. All the sore have healed. I feel itching on my penis. After trying all medication. Please help me with advice.Thanks

1. The healing phase of wound
2. Fungal infection. Application of local steroids with antifungal will help you
