What Causes Irritation In Penis Post Unprotected Oral Sex?

I have had unprotected oral 3 days ago. I feel a tingly sensation at the hole of my penis. No burns no discharge no frequent urination and no pains in the body. Could it be irritation from rough oral maybe. I do get erection frequently throughout the day at random times. Will do the a urine test this week just wanted toget some opinions in advance

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Patient,
Thanks for your question. If you are confident about your partner then nothing to worry about it. Since glans penis and area around urethral meatus is very sensitive, you can have such a tingly sensation during oral sex due to irritation. Also oral sex is not considered as a safe sex practice since it also transmits STDs like Chlamydia, gonorrhoea and even HIV as other types of sex. However, the risk of transmission is very low when it comes to HIV but risk for other infections is still there.
If you do not have pain, discoloration or burning sensation or frequent urination and confident about the partner then forget all about it and relax. Enjoy your time. If you doubt about your partner, then go to a nearest STD clinic and consult a physician for STD screening. You can do your urine test , too. If you worry about HIV then you have to wait for 3 months for HIV 1/2 antibody test. Early detection RNA tests also available for HIV infection. If you have more questions, let me know.
Good luck!
