Thanks for your question. If you are confident about your partner then nothing to worry about it. Since
glans penis and area around urethral meatus is very sensitive, you can have such a tingly sensation during
oral sex due to irritation. Also oral sex is not considered as a
safe sex practice since it also transmits STDs like Chlamydia,
gonorrhoea and even
HIV as other types of sex. However, the risk of transmission is very low when it comes to HIV but risk for other infections is still there.
If you do not have pain, discoloration or burning sensation or
frequent urination and confident about the partner then forget all about it and relax. Enjoy your time. If you doubt about your partner, then go to a nearest STD clinic and consult a physician for STD screening. You can do your urine test , too. If you worry about HIV then you have to wait for 3 months for HIV 1/2 antibody test. Early detection
