What Causes Irregularity In Periods And Brownish Discharge?

Hi,am 20 and i need some advice! So my menstrual cycle is irregular between 30-46 days, so I end up missing my period once a month in a year this was normal to me until since Nov I started noticing the blood looked darker then on 22nd Feb i had brown discharge instead of menses that expected should come on the 8th Feb I still haven t seen any blood since then, I haven t had unprotected sex and I tried testing after the brown discharge if am preg I assumed it could be spotting but it was negative. pls help out am very worried and my waist pain is hurting

Hi, I think you should do a thyroid profile and prolactin levels and a ultrasound for your uterus and ovaries. It can happen due to hormonal imbalances which can be treated by medicines. So, don't delay, consult a gynecologist. Hope I have answered your question.
