General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Irregular menstruation could be from Hormonal imbalance, endometriosis, fibroid, PID etc like problems

You are advised to investigate with USG pelvis to rule out underlying organic cause if present

If specific cause found than treated accordingly

USG will detect ovarian problem, fibroid etc if present

If still cause not clear Hormonal profile can be checked and accordingly progesterone therapy if needed prescribed

Take care

Consult gynecologist for examination
