What Causes Irregular Periods?
hy doctor i realy need help about my periods, i am 23 years old and i dont understand on what is going on im missing my period, sometimes it even take about 2 to 3 months and i last have sex in february and just before end of february i had my period but now i didnt why doctor what is the cause

In absence of conception, irregular periods can be due to severe weakness / hormonal imbalance, ovary, thyroid or pituitary problems / PCOD. To find the cause range of investigations is needed. Please consult a gynecologist, get examined, get investigated as per advise followed by cause specific treatment advise.
