General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Irregular period could be due to following causes:
Hormonal imbalance, adenomyosis/fibroid, endometriosis, ovarian dysfunction, thyroid dysfunction.
I would suggest to consult gynecologist and undergo following examination: routine blood tests, reproductive and thyroid analysis, USG scan, ovarian follicle study.
Specific treatment will depend on cause.
Drugs like birth control pill will help to regularize period
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, do regular exercise.
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
